Counseling A Different Way

Counseling Works!

Every person goes through difficult times in life. Many times, talking to a trusted friend, family member, or someone we love is enough to get us through. But sometimes, we have to deal with things that go beyond what our friends can handle.

Counseling is one of the most effective ways to resolve our problems. In fact, many times counseling works just as well as medication (and has far fewer side effects.)

How I Approach Counseling:

Mind-Body-Spirit Healing

Pastoral Psychotherapy is an approach to counseling that intentionally integrates our mind, body, and spirit. In our journey together, we use your values and beliefs to solve the problems and struggles you are experiencing. As a licensed psychotherapist, I draw from counseling techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Logotherapy, Transactional Analysis, and Narrative Therapy to help you change.

At each step of the journey, we will work together to choose the best approach for your situation.

How You Get Started:

The first step is to find out if we are a good fit for each other. You can schedule a FREE 30 Minute Consultation to see how we work together by simply filling out the form on this page. If we are a good fit then we can work out the details including insurances.

I hope to hear from you!
